Defence Holdings Publishes Operating Model and Strategic Playbook
Today, Defence Holdings PLC has published its Operating Model and strategic playbook, formalising the framework developed following Chief Executive Officer Andrew Roughan’s initial strategic and operational review of the business and wider European defence technology landscape.
The publication outlines how Defence Holdings intends to position itself across customer requirement, emerging technology capability and private capital, with the objective of creating a scalable platform capable of identifying, supporting and commercialising strategically relevant defence technologies.
The playbook reflects the Company’s view that significant structural change is underway across the defence environment, driven by increasing demand for sovereign, software-defined and AI-enabled capability alongside accelerated innovation requirements across UK and European Defence.
It also establishes the Company’s framework for long-term operational execution and participation across multiple aligned routes to value creation within the evolving defence technology ecosystem.
